Governor Inslee keeps an eye on train safety in Washington

SKAMANIA, Wash. — Gov. Jay Inslee walked over to the rail tracks at a Skamania County rail crossing on a sunny Tuesday afternoon, leaned over and touched one of the rail bolts.
