WILLMAR, Minn. — BNSF Railway, along with local governmental partners, will try again to obtain a federal grant to help build the proposed $50 million railroad bypass, also known as a wye, west of Willmar to possibly divert up to a third of the trains in and out of the city’s rail yard.
