PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Two former railroad workers are suing Norfolk Southern, claiming that the railroad tried to coerce them into lying about an accident and then fired them. According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, “The company fired the two when they refused to change their incident reports to match their supervisors’ version of events.” In 2010, the railroad has won the Harriman first place award for 22 years in a row for having top railroad safety statistics.
