BISMARCK, N.D. — Wilton Farmers Union Elevator, which has locations in Wilton and Washburn, says its facilities are full and Central Pacific Railway is 525 cars behind in its service. The elevator has not received any cars for the last three weeks. With little progress being shown by CP to remedy shipping delays as harvest begins, the U.S. Surface Transportation Board will host a rail service hearing in Fargo next week.
