FREMONT, Neb. — Even before they reached the accident scene, Mike Hubbell and his co-workers knew what they would do. The employees of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway were eastbound on Nebraska Highway 64 headed toward Leshara when they saw smoke in the distance.
