TUCSON, Ariz. — One Herzog employee, identified as Walter Erickson, 63 of Lenexa Kan., was deceased upon arrival. Another Herzog employee, identified as Matthew Thompson, 26 of Salem, Mo., received significant injuries and was airlifted from the scene to University Medical Center of southern Nevada. He is listed in stable condition. All occupants of the BNSF train were accounted for and no other injuries were immediately reported.
