SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — The Salt Lake Tribune carried a story in its November 26 online edition examining the possibility of a high-speed rail line between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. The newspaper speculates that the train would be similar to the “Desert Express,” a high-speed train already planned between Las Vegas and Southern California.
