GREEN BAY, Wisc. — A bumpy ride home has ended for Green Bay’s prized train engine named after President Eisenhower. The bright green Dwight D. Eisenhower locomotive is back at the National Railroad Museum in Ashwaubenon after a two-year adventure in Europe.
