CLEVELAND — International Brotherhood of Teamsters President Jim Hoffa will visit Cleveland as part of a nine-day tour of the nation on November 2. Hoffa has visited Teamsters in 11 battleground states to get out the vote for John Kerry in the final days leading up to the election.
