WASHINGTON, D.C. — James P. Hoffa was re-elected to a fourth term as general president of the Teamsters union Friday, winning 60 percent of the vote. Fred Gegare of Wisconsin won 23 percent of the vote, while for New York Teamster Sandy Pope won 17 percent.
