NEW YORK — Commuters should not be concerned by heightened security at several train stations this morning. The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services is conducting emergency safety and counter-terrorism exercises at multiple train stations as part of the governors Operation NY S.E.C.U.R.E. initiative. State police and local law enforcement agencies will join Amtrak and MTA police in the exercises that range from Albany to Yonkers.
