House committee leader says railroads have fallen to “jackals on Wall Street”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — House Transportation Committee Chairman Peter A. DeFazio said Thursday that the nation’s railway system had fallen into the hands of “the jackals on Wall Street” and he accused federal regulators of colluding with them.
