House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman Bill Shuster (R-Pa.) and Ranking Member Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.) yesterday appointed a new panel charged with examining U.S. freight transportation and how improving it could strengthen the nation’s economy.
