BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — Some North Jersey train commuters faced a long and difficult trip home Friday night due to mechanical problems in one of the tubes of the Hudson River tunnel, with delays reaching two hours in the late afternoon before repairs were completed by Amtrak, according to NJ Transit.
