BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking public input for the next phase of the high-speed rail line from Chicago to St. Louis. It will be on Thursday, October 27, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton, 10 Brickyard Drive, in Bloomington, Ill.
