CLEVELAND, May 22 — The BLET National Division has issued a clarification regarding “Item 4-Instructions” on the ballots of the National Contract, which was mailed out last week.
A printing error has been discovered in Item 4 of the Instructions:
“CONSOLIDATED RAIL CORPORATION” was meant to read
“CONSOLIDATED RAIL CORPORATION (SAA/CSX NORTHERN DISTRICT)”
All CSXT Northern District members were properly sent a Ballot and they have a right to vote on the tentative agreement. To further clarify, it is OK for CSXT Northern District members to use these ballots.
