CLEVELAND, December 18 — The BLET National Division is working with the Department of Labor to resolve reporting dues on the LM Reports, but the solution may not be in place by January 1, 2008.
Therefore, it is recommended that LM Report not be filed and sent to the ND before February 15, 2008. This will hopefully avoid having to file amended LM Reports, as was the case for some last last year.
