In aftermath of derailment, D.C. officials turn focus to CSX and its cargo

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A day after a CSX train derailed in Northeast Washington, leaking hazardous substances along a busy rail corridor, local officials and activists turned their attention to the transportation company responsible, while emergency personnel continued to work clearing the wreckage.
