NEWARK, N.J. — The law firm representing Conrail, Norfolk Southern Railway and CSX Transportation in class action lawsuits related to the November 2012 train derailment in Paulsboro has requested a federal judge issue an order preventing the plaintiff’s attorney from discussing the case with reporters.
