LOS ANGELES — A federal judge has divided $200 million among the victims of the 2008 Metrolink crash in Chatsworth, Calif. The Associated Press reports that some of the victims were “short changed” because of a federal cap on damages. In some cases, victims received far less than the projected cost of their future medical care, the AP said. Twenty-five people were killed and more than 100 injured in the crash.
