BOSTON — Railroad holding company Kansas City Southern Industries Inc. on Tuesday said that a public offering of its stock was priced at $23.25 a share.
The company said that some 9 million shares were sold by its largest shareholder, Grupo TMM SA of Mexico.
On Monday the stock fell 32 cents to $24.68.
Morgan Stanley was the sole book-running manager.
