VICTORIA, Texas — The line for Santa’s train was at least three times as long as the train itself. After a long and difficult trip from the North Pole, the Holiday Express train arrived in Victoria on Tuesday evening, inviting thousands of eager children and adults onboard for an early taste of Christmas.
