BEAUMONT, Texas — A former supervisor with the Kansas City Southern is suing the railroad, claiming he was fired for refusing to cooperate in management’s scheme to fire older employees. He said the railroad targeted older employees for additional job testing and rule violations, which would make it easier to fire them.
