Keith Kerley was reelected by acclamation to his third term as General Chairman of the BLET’s CSXT Western Lines General Committee of Adjustment at the GCA’s quadrennial meeting on July 16, 2025.
The GCA represents more than 2,800 active and retired members from 25 BLET Divisions who work for CSX, the Indiana Rail Road Company, and the Terminal Railway/Alabama State Docks.
Also elected were: 1st Vice General Chairman David Engle, Division 463 (Corbin, Ky.); Secretary-Treasurer David Fitzgerald Jr., Division 781 (Erwin, Tenn.); Alternate Secretary Treasurer Steven Kiser, Division 698 (Ashland, Ky.); 2nd Vice General Chairman Steven Kiser, Division 698 (Ashland, Ky.); 3rd Vice General Chairman Justin Dzan, Division 365 (Louisville, Ky.); 4th Vice General Chairman Jason Lynn, Division 742 (Evansville, Ind.); 5th Vice General Chairman Roderick Crosby, Division 495 (Montgomery, Ala.); Eastern Regional Chairman Jason Davis, Division 782 (Etowah, Tenn.); Western Regional Chairman William Roberson, Division 41 (Nashville, Tenn.); Southern Regional Chairman Michael Stone, Division 156 (Birmingham, Ala); and Northern Regional Chairman Michael Carter, Division 26 (Richmond, Va.)
General Chairman Kerley hired out with CSXT in 1998 and joined the BLET as a member of Division 782 (Etowah, Tenn.) one month later. He served Division 782 in numerous offices over the years, including Vice Local Chairman and Local Chairman. He was first elected General Chairman in 2017 and reelected in 2021.
