KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — A homicide Thursday morning at the BNSF Railway facility in Klamath Falls is under investigation. A suspect is in custody and has been charged with murder. The victim was Emery W. Connor, a mechanical engineer with eight years of service with the company. Connor was shot and killed in his office in Klamath Falls by another employee. James Harold Forshee II, 58, was taken into custody at the scene and charged with murder.
