LAC-MEGANTIC — A coalition of citizens and organizations in Lac-Mégantic are saying they no longer trust Marc Garneau, the federal minister of Transport, and are calling on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to intervene to speed up the creation of a rail bypass for Lac Mégantic.
