REGINA — Farm lobby groups in Saskatchewan and Manitoba say fines levied against Canada’s two largest railways don’t reflect the damage caused when the companies failed to transport the minimum required grain volumes last year. Transport Minister Lisa Raitt said Thursday that Canadian National Railway and Canadian Pacific Railway were fined a combined total of $150,000.
