NEW YORK — There are just 25 of Metro-North’s M-8 cars left to be delivered. Kawasaki Rail Car had delivered 380 of the cars to the New Haven Yard as of a couple of days ago, Metro-North reports. Those include four that were delivered since the beginning of August. Kawasaki is doing testing on 12 of the cars.
