WHITEFISH, Mont. — A bogus bomb threat that led to the evacuation of an Amtrak passenger train near East Glacier in February has landed Hussein Abdi Hassan in a federal prison for 15 months. The 24-year-old Minnesota man was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Great Falls following his guilty plea to a federal charge of providing false information. In addition to the prison term, Hassan must spend three years on supervised release and pay $310,000 in restitution for the hoax.
