CHICAGO — A Chicago man hid in a bathroom to avoid a $2.50 Metra fare, then shoved a conductor and spat in his face when the conductor asked him to pay. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that the stowaway was charged with four felony counts of aggravated battery of a transit employee and a misdemeanor count of theft of services.
