TOLEDO, Ohio —Almost two years after being hurt in a train crash, a North Baltimore man is now suing CSX Transportation.

In November 2006, two trains jumped the CSX tracks in North Baltimore and crushed cars waiting to cross. Flat steel pinned Bob Loe in his car.

He and his wife have now filed suit against CSX, seeking damages of at least $25,000. Loe says his medical bills came out to about $45,000 and he lost about $51,000 in earnings.
