BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Jonathan Hearn will stand trial for the murder of Robert Limon last August. Prosecutor David McKillop presented testimony in the preliminary hearing over the last two days that shows Hearn, 24, was having an affair with Limon’s wife, Sabrina. Robert Limon, 38, was found dead, shot two times, inside the BNSF rail facility in Tehachapi where he was working.
