BOSTON — Deep inside the $82 million renovation of the Government Center MBTA stop, hidden inside a hollow concrete section, rolled in a ball, is a piece of Boston’s past. Two very creepy, very ragged, beat up costumes. They are cloaks with scary masks attached. One is red with stars, the other blue with stars.
