Mechanical engineer, former train worker criticize CSX, tank car owner, over 2015 Maryville train derailment

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A federal judge will decide whether two expert witnesses can testify at trial after hearing the pair criticize CSX Transportation Inc. and Union Tank Car Co. over a train derailment and chemical fire in Maryville two years ago.
