NEW YORK — Metro-North senior managers have begun a series of visits to train station platforms to hear comments, complaints and suggestions firsthand from commuters. The troubled railroad is holding the sessions to improve communications with customers, one of the promises it made to Gov. Dannel P. Malloy last month after a two-year stretch of accidents and severe service disruptions.
