WASHINGTON, D.C. — Metrolink has been awarded $10.7 million in funding from the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) Program. The funding will support passenger rail safety and speed improvement projects in the critical Burbank-Anaheim Rail Corridor and is one of six of the passenger rail projects that were awarded funding from this round of the CRISI Program.
