MIDLAND, Texas — Midland County judge has recused himself from the civil lawsuit that arose from a train crash that killed four veterans during a parade in their honor in November. Judge Rodney Satterwhite of the 441st District Court filed paperwork Tuesday but didn’t offer an explanation of why he won’t be hearing the case.
