Minnesota safety officials concerned by sharp increase in oil train traffic from Canada

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Oil imports by rail from Canada have hit a historic high, meaning more oil trains are rolling across Minnesota and raising the alert level of local emergency managers.
