SIKESTON, Mo. — A severe labor shortage in the train industry has strained getting coal from mines to power plants, causing fewer trains and some delays. Sikeston BMU, which relies on coal delivery by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway from a mine in Wyoming for the power plant, has noticed some of the impacts.
