TORONTO — Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway, the company whose train exploded in Lac-Mégantic last July, can operate into the new year, Canadian officials have ruled. The Canadian Transportation Agency once again extended MMA’s operating licence on Wednesday after determining that the company had sufficient insurance coverage.
