BILLINGS, Mont. — Montana Rail Link is starting repair work on MRL Bridge 223.1. MRL Bridge 223.1 is over the Yellowstone River in the city of Billings, adjacent and north of the First Avenue North Bridge that crosses the Yellowstone. Repairs consist of pressure grouting both abutments on the banks and both piers in the river.
