RENO, Nevada — A Nevada trucking company has filed suit against Amtrak and Union Pacific, claiming they failed to maintain a safe railroad crossing at the site where one of its drivers plowed into an Amtrak train on June 24. Six people were killed and more than 20 others injured in the fatal crash.
