WINNIPEG — A new $35-million national training facility for CN Rail employees from across Canada officially opened today in Winnipeg. Up to 400 workers ranging from locomotive engineers to rail car mechanics will train each week at the 100,000-square-foot facility at 550 Pandora Ave. East in Transcona.
