BISMARCK, N.D. — New figures released by the state show that oil and gas production in North Dakota held “pretty much steady as she goes” in November, according to a top oil regulator. A notable shift in oil transportation occurred last fall, when the amount of oil carried between North Dakota and Canada reached record levels. Both imports and exports on truck and rail peaked.
