CHICAGO — Two weeks on the job, Metra’s new CEO Friday unveiled a promised “action plan” for reforming the agency and attacking management shortcomings that two recent reports blamed on his longtime predecessor, Phil Pagano.
Alex Clifford outlined a long list of organizational and personnel issues he plans to target in the coming months, calling it a “new day” at the transit agency.
