KANSAS CITY, Mo. — If it’s not flooding, it’s fire.
Amtrak service on the Southwest Chief, which stops at Kansas City’s Union Station, has been temporarily suspended between Newton, Kan., and Albuquerque, N.M. because of wildfires in New Mexico.
