SANTA FE, N.M. — The New Mexico Transportation Infrastructure Revenue Subcommittee held a hearing Nov. 12 at the state Capitol in Santa Fe, where an Amtrak representative and community leaders along the northeast New Mexico portion of the Southwest Chief railway voiced reasons to save the iconic route.
