TOLEDO, Ohio — A preserved steam locomotive built 68 years ago in Lima, Ohio, is to return to its former home rails this week to kick off a series of special train trips that Norfolk Southern railroad will operate for employees as it celebrates its 30th corporate anniversary. The Nickel Plate Road 765’s tour starts with a “ferry” trip from Fort Wayne, Ind., to Bellevue on Friday.
