BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — It started with angry NJ Transit riders tweeting pictures and complaints to Governor Christie on Friday night. “You have no clue what’s going on in Penn Station right now, do you?” @Drift22 said. “Delays due to one tunnel are far too frequent” said @MilindShah. Christie told stalled riders to “hang in there” and that helped turn a Twitter conversation into a debate that lasted more than six hours and had some still fired up five days later.
