WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen (BRS) has ratified a collective-bargaining agreement reached on December 14, 2007, with the New Jersey Transit, covering the craft or class of Signalmen.
Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Ernie DuBester.
